Sr. Marketing Manager - HxDR - Hexagon Geosystems

As a Sr. Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand product differentiators, value propositions, and customer pain points, translating technical information into clear, persuasive messaging. Your primary focus will be on developing high-quality content such as whitepapers, eBooks, blog posts, and videos that educate and inspire prospects throughout the buyer's journey. You’ll also work with the demand generation team to measure the impact of the created content, refining future campaign themes.

Additionally, you will play a key role in optimizing content for SEO. You’ll also manage persona profiles and messaging for the commercial business. The successful candidate will possess excellent writing skills, a strong technical background in reality capture, and a proven track record of creating impactful content that drives lead generation and engagement.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Develop and execute content strategy aligned with demand generation goals, targeting various stages of the buyer's journey.
• Create high-quality technical content, including eBooks, blog posts, tip sheets, videos, etc., that resonate with our target audience and addresses their pain points.
• Collaborate with sales, technical sales engineers (TSEs), and marketing teams to gather technical insights and translate them into compelling messaging and content.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic growth.
• Track and analyze content performance metrics to measure effectiveness and inform future content strategy.
• Assess and prioritize incoming content requests, coordinating efforts between sales, demand generation, product management, and marketing functions to maximize impact and reduce duplication of work.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Marketing Manager, leading a team with proven performance.
• An MBA or related graduate or post-graduate degree is preferred, with a technical undergrad degree being an added advantage. Experience can be substituted for traditional education.
• Strong technical background, with experience in reality capture a plus
• Experience with platform marketing for SaaS
• Proven experience as a product marketing manager, technical content manager, product manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of technical content creation.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a cross-functional and hybrid team environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret content performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Creative thinker with a passion for technology and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, personable, pragmatic, with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational skills to define and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Video and graphics creation and editing experience big plus.
