Job Title : Sr. MDM Business Analyst

- Job Description:
Total 10+ Industry Experience, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in leading Master Data Management / Data Governance and Data Quality programs - Lead requirement sessions, document them and analyze them for full life cycle of an MDM project including:
- Data Cleansing & Standardization Process
- Data Integration
- Data Enrichment
- Matching & Merging
- Hierarchy Management
- Workflow for data exception and DG
- Custom UI for
- Full understanding of various MDM domains like Customer, Product, Vendor and Organization and their data models
- Experience with data profiling to understand rules for match/merge, DQ and hierarchy management
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication, persuasive and presentation skills.
- Experienced in performing stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, and user research
- Experience in Change management, user training and adoption for MDM
- Lead implementation of Data Governance in an organization
- Experience in establishing Guidelines, frameworks and best practices for Data Governance
