About the Job
We are looking for a Sr. MEP/VDC Specialist to start working with a client of ours based out of Wauwatosa, WI as soon as possible. This candidate will play a pivotal part in the utilization of BIM technology, uniting professionals throughout the AEC industry.

Pay Rate: $28/hr - $45.67/hr
Term: 6 months contract to hire

Requirements
- An Associate's degree is mandatory, with a preference for a Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in BIM/VDC, particularly in leading MEP coordination for large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Proficiency with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360) and related plugins is advantageous.
- Experience with Evolve MEP is a plus.
- Proven and recent experience with Autodesk Fabrication parts is essential.
- Strong expertise in MEP systems coordination within BIM models.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction documents and the design/construction process.
- Experience with Laser Scanning, Drones, and Total Stations is a plus
- Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States
Pay Rate: $28/hr - $45.67/hr
