Sr. Manager, Product Manager - Technical will be responsible for owning the technical roadmap for key technology initiatives for OTS Delivery. This includes the development of multiple hardware and software systems that enable fulfillment operations to maintain hardware assets and devices, and the development of operational facing tools that support fulfillment productivity. This leader will work closely with business stakeholders to align technology solutions to support the organization's strategic objectives around improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and cost optimization. Key job responsibilities -Building, leading and influencing high-functional product management teams. -Defining product strategy that achieves strong customer value and business outcomes -Working with developers and architects to build scalable and highly reliant systems -Using marketing, product, and business knowledge to inform decisions and communicate effectively with and influence internal teams -Problem solving using analytical skills and a proven process of data-validated, hypothesis-driven, experiment-tested decisions -Motivating the team to drive wider organization goals -Build best practices for product management -Position requires Travel up to 25 %. Basic Qualifications - Familiar with industry standard CAD & FEA design tools, industry trends, sensors, and design for manufacturability. - Bachelor's degree (Engineering degree preferred) - 10+ years of experience working on hardware-centric consumer products - 10+ years Product Management experience including 5+ years of building and leading high performing teams - Domain expertise in one or more platform technologies such as APIs, or AI and system design concepts. - Proven track record of driving adoption of products and services - Prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities - Executive presence, written and oral communication skills - Demonstrated experience in gathering, defining and effectively capturing product requirements and transforming them into an actionable product roadmap - Deep curiosity about customer needs, as well as a track record in building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions - Proven situational leadership skills and the ability to motivate and generate enthusiasm with individuals across all levels of the organization. - Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability in a constantly fast-evolving environment. - Ability to build and articulate a vision and translate it into an executable strategy, leading with data and insights. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
