Position Overview

As our Senior Network Engineer, you'll oversee and optimize every facet of our global network infrastructure. This includes maintaining and enhancing our LAN, WAN, VoIP, cloud infrastructure, and security systems across all locations. You'll be a critical partner in shaping the secure, resilient, and efficient operations that support our business goals worldwide.

Your expertise in network security will help drive our cybersecurity initiatives and you'll play a key role in our Data Breach Response Team. You'll be a thought leader on the Change Advisory Board, helping steer technical decisions across departments. This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively on large-scale, cross-functional projects in a company dedicated to continuous improvement and technological advancement.

What You'll Do

• Ensure Network Reliability & Security: Manage and support network components to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.
• Lead Network Projects: Plan, lead, and execute projects related to network expansion, configuration, and security improvements.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to analyze, acquire, and implement hardware and software that enhance our network.
• Drive Cybersecurity Initiatives: Play an essential role in our IT Cybersecurity Committee, advising on best practices, industry trends, and security policies.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose and resolve network issues, providing rapid response and resolution to ensure minimal service disruption.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep updated on industry changes, security best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our network at the forefront of reliability and innovation.

What You'll Bring

• Expertise in Cisco, Palo Alto, VPNs, load balancers, firewalls, wireless, cloud infrastructure, and zero-trust security models.
• Exceptional Project Management Skills: Ability to lead multiple complex projects and deliver solutions that add value.
• Strong Communication Abilities: Skilled at explaining complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to finding effective solutions.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in network infrastructure and support, including complex WAN environments.
• Certifications: Cisco CCIE or equivalent certification highly preferred.
• Flexibility: Ability to work irregular hours when needed.
