About the Job
The Sr. Network Manager will work closely with the Managed Services Practice Lead, Director Technical Operations and leaders from other departments to deliver exceptional support to both internal and external customers. Having AWS/Azure and Infrastructure expertise is critical.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be accomplished at transforming, creating, and managing projects, clients, and operational teams to deliver high-quality technology projects & services.
- Must possess strong technical knowledge of AWS / Azure Cloud management, O365, PowerShell and data center operating systems & tools.
- Proven experience in building and managing both onsite and virtual technical support teams.
- Strong sense of urgency on all client events and ability to meet F-T-F with customer(s) on regular basis
- Ensure the efficient utilization of technical resources.
- Ensure best practices are established, implemented, and followed for effective problem resolution in a high availability environment.
- Display exceptional written and in-person communications.
- Experience in IT infrastructure planning, development, implementation, and support to include Sales Support for RFP responses.
- Proven experience managing remote monitoring and Infrastructure teams.
- Analyze existing operations, team members, and make recommendations/changes to improve and grow with the business.
