Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Oversee payroll and billing: Enter time data daily, process weekly payroll, and prepare A/R billing.
- Collaborate with accounting: Follow up on outstanding receivables, code payments accurately, and prioritize based on terms and discounts.
- Maintain vendor and client relationships: Process vendor contracts, reconcile accounts, and support new customer/vendor account setups.
- Support the team with admin duties: Coordinate mail, order supplies, manage service requests for equipment, and handle customer service inquiries.
- Streamline office functions: Assist with bid forms, inspection reports, invoicing, and maintain e-files.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in office administration and accounting support.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a self-starting attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
