Sr Operations Manager - Voloridge Health

As a Sr Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless integration between the in-person and mobile experiences, and drive operational excellence to deliver a superior experience. Voloridge Health is an innovative data science-led company building a state-of-the-art health and wellness club designed to provide clients with comprehensive health and wellness services, integrating the in-person and digital application experience. Summary of Job Functions: 

1. Operational Leadership 

• Lead and manage all aspects of club operations, including health and wellness programs, member services, and mobile app integration. 

• Collaborate with the executive team to establish and execute operational strategies that align with the company’s goals. 

• Ensure smooth operation of all physical facilities, including staffing, equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. 

2. Mobile Application Integration 

• Work closely with the product development teams to ensure that the mobile application effectively supports members in tracking their health and fitness goals. 

• Ensure that member data from the app is integrated into the club’s operations to deliver personalized experiences and to support research. 

• Collaborate on the design and refinement of mobile features such as testing, health scores, activity tracking, goal setting, and progress monitoring based on the experience of the club participants. 

3. Team Management and Development 

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing operations team, including wellness coaches, dieticians, other practitioners, and support staff. 

• Develop and execute staff training programs focused on customer service, technology usage (app), and operational procedures. 

• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement among the operations team. 

4. Customer Experience and Retention 

• Drive member engagement by ensuring the delivery of high-quality health and wellness experiences both in-club and via the mobile app. 

• Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback through surveys, app data, and direct interaction, and implement necessary improvements. 

• Lead efforts to personalize client interactions based on their health goals and mobile app data. 

• Actively collect feedback from the club participants and share it with developers to improve the app and user experience.  

5. Performance and Metrics 

• Establish operational performance metrics (KPIs) to track the efficiency of operations and member satisfaction. 

• Utilize data from both physical operations and the mobile app to provide insights into member behaviors and success rates in achieving wellness goals. 

• Lead continuous process improvements to optimize member outcomes and business performance. 

6. Financial Oversight 

• Manage the operational budget, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high service standards. 

• Oversee vendor relationships and procurement of fitness equipment, wellness tools, and technology needed to support club and app operations. 

 Minimum Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Health Management, or related field. 

• 8+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in the digital health, wellness, or healthcare industry. 

• Proven track record of managing teams, budgets, and delivering operational excellence. 

• Experience with digital platforms, mobile applications, or tech-enabled services in a customer-facing role. 

• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements. 

• Ability to work onsite in our Jupiter, FL office
