ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Sr Operations Manager ("BizOps") who will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and the executive team, driving critical initiatives and optimizing operational efficiency across the organization. This role is integral in aligning cross-functional teams, enhancing internal communication, and ensuring that our goals around alignment, standardization, and simplification are met consistently and effectively. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and experience in a SaaS environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Partner with the CEO to define and drive strategic priorities. Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring timely execution across departments. Monitor the progress of company-wide initiatives and provide recommendations to address any risks or obstacles.
- Take a hands-on approach to handle day-to-day tactical work as needed, managing key projects, resolving issues, and supporting teams with complex problem-solving.
- Facilitate alignment among various departments by leading initiatives aimed at standardization and process optimization. Act as a bridge between teams, fostering collaboration and transparency on company-wide objectives.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage operational system configurations, migrations, and training across the organization, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
- Research and propose technology solutions (CRM, Project Management tools, SharePoint, Office 365, etc.) to enhance collaboration and drive efficiency.
- Drive process improvements within operations, identifying efficiencies that support scalability and alignment.
- Manage vendors including budget management
Communication and Alignment:
- Plan, coordinate and lead internal communications channels (newsletters, townhall meetings, seminars)
- Expand internal communication programs, internal on-boarding, training and knowledge sharing initiatives
- Support leadership with KPIs, including Sales Ops reports and Business reports
Sustainability Initiatives:
- Drive our internal CSR initiatives,
- Act as point of contact with our 1% For The Planet sustainability partners
Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment, ideally with 5+ years in a senior operations, or strategy role.
- Proven experience in project management, cross-functional team leadership, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with SaaS industry trends, best practices, and relevant metrics.
- Proficiency with OKR frameworks and project management tools

Salary range: $120K- $170K
