Role Summary:The SAP OTC Analyst, will be responsible for understanding, maintaining, and building out SAP, S/4 Hana capabilities and architecture. In this role you will configure based on business requirement and direct developer for any custom development.. You will also work closely with other enterprise software teams to strengthen our integrations with Digital Commerce tools. This role is located in Normal, IL or Plymouth, MI.
Responsibilities:- Act as an SAP analyst accountable for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities focused on SAP SD.
- Experience in sales order, Pricing structure, Intercompany sales & Billing, Trade Compliance, Sales Billing, Subscription contract management, AR/AP process, IDOC and API development.
- Good understanding of Customer/ Business Partner Management in SAP. Understanding of Credit Management is Plus.
- SAP SD is preferred and experience in SAP VMS is plus.
- Leverage leading-practice business process knowledge & proficiency for from other industries specially in Automotive.
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management.
- Experience in developing interface using API/ IDOC and good understanding of Sales master data (material master, sales organization etc)
- Successfully influences diverse groups and teams in a complex, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment to deliver value-added solutions.
- Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate those analysis.
- 5+ years' experience in delivering SAP Sales and Distribution.
- Experience participating in full-system implementation life cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems or Business.
- Experience in Automotive and manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD is must and any SAP SD certification is strong plus.
- SAP VMS understanding is plus.
- SAP warranty understanding is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- SAP Credit Management and Business partner understanding is plus.
