Outbound Product Manager will focus on the success of our customers adopting our agent collaboration and routing products and their GenAI components.In this role, you have key responsibilities related to the delivery of Platform Experience Products, including working with internal BU partners and Inbound Product Managers, driving customer experience roadmaps, and aligning with customers' desired outcomes
These responsibilities allow for cross-functional workloads and daily interactions with Customers, Partners, Product Management, Design, Marketing, Support, and Engineering.What you get to do in this role:Deliver high-quality technical enablement content that facilitates product adoption at-scale.Present and influence C-level executives on key initiatives, resourcing, and growth strategiesCollaborate with Product Marketing to develop programs and GTM content across cross-functional teams including content creation for product launches, website content, social media, product videos, webinars, tradeshows, case studies, blog posts, and moreEvangelize the value of the technology at executive briefings, marketing events, webinars, as well as other sales and marketing channelsProduce and deliver sales education materialsDevelop an understanding of how our customers use our agent collaboration and routing products including top customer pain points and product opportunities.Collaborate with Inbound Product to influence product roadmap, vision, and strategy by representing the voice of the customer.Work directly with the pre-sales and sales teams to nurture, grow, and close in-flight opportunitiesConduct demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customersMaintain a firm grasp of the competitive landscape and identify areas of competitive differentiation for internal consumption and competitive programsQualifications5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, customer success, or pre/post-sales/product development experience Comfortable delivering product presentations to large audiencesExperience working with a high-growth SaaS product line preferredConsistent track record of working cross-functionally to deliver business impactDemonstrated customer obsession in engagementsExcellent people and presentation skills to engage with all levels of customers, colleagues, cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and partners. Strong networking and influencing skills; able to drive extended and virtual teamsProven track record in constructing compelling positioning and thought leadership contentOutstanding written and oral communication skills.Proven creative thinker that can generate and execute on innovative product experience ideas Not sure if you meet every qualification? Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure
Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location
