Job Description:

The Senior Patient Services Representative will manage front desk operations at a concierge clinic, ensuring smooth patient interactions from check-in to check-out. This role requires handling insurance verifications, scheduling appointments, and delivering top-tier customer service to a VIP clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient check-ins and check-outs in a busy concierge clinic setting.
• Verify insurance and handle patient billing inquiries, including Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate services.
• Answer patient phone calls and assist with any inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service to high-profile clients.
• Maintain a polished and professional demeanor while working closely with internal medical staff.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in patient services, preferably in family practice, primary care, or internal medicine settings.
• Strong preference for candidates with EPIC software experience.
• Must be polished, professional, and able to thrive in a high-profile, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Additional Details:

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Background Check: Required

• Parking: Self-pay required at Smithlands lot with shuttle service to clinic.
