THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Sr. Global Payroll Analyst will be responsible for bi-weekly or semi-monthly processing of North America payroll, managing employee questions via the HelpDesk, booking payroll journal entries, month-end flux analysis, tax or garnishment notices, and other standard payroll tasks. In addition, this position will work closely with our HR and IT teams on joint initiatives.

THE SKILL SET:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow
- Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is great to have
- Basic to intermediate Excel experience
- Understanding of IRS regulations and the ability to process nuanced payroll situations such as corrections, taxable fringe benefits, etc
- Experience with year-end processes
- Foreign payroll experience is a plus
- Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong initiative and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Customer-driven, collaborative, business-oriented approach
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL
- Develop a working relationship with Xactly's Accounting/Finance department
- Be introduced to the Payroll Processes
- Be familiarized and have a high-level understanding of Workday and ADP
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL
- Have a strong understanding of Payroll processes
- Be managing the HelpDesk requests and assigning tickets
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL
- Be an Xpert on Payroll related tasks, initiatives, and priorities
- Be well versed in internal systems including Workday, ADP, Expensify
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL
- Collaborate proactively with other Xactly teams to accomplish timely processes
- Complete annual objectives that directly align with overall strategic initiatives

The compensation range is specific to the posted job location and role and takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, performance, and market and peer comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills and/or hones current skills. A reasonable range estimate is $82,400 to $103,000 plus applicable bonus.
