Day to Day Responsibilities

- Manual check/termination check processing
- Review of daily term reporting and updating
- Garnishment processing
- Retro pay processing
- Leave of Absence calculation and payments
- Benefit adjustment and arrears processing
- Work Service Marketplace Cases, entering historical adjustments
- Support on end-to-end cycle processes
- Post cycle audit
- Additional Tasks as assigned
Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables):
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Compliance knowledge of tax regulations and legal requirements
- Great communication skills, attention to detail, and being able to multitask
Preferred Skills (nice to have
- UltiPro, Oracle, Service Now experience
- Multi-state experience
- Great customer service and support skills
