Sr. Piping Designer - Selectek, Inc.

Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Piping Designer.    

Job Duties:

• Work independently to prepare complex engineering drawings of mechanical, structural, and piping; and be able to markup and work from P&IDs.
• Communicate with the project engineer to review and improve the engineer's design ideas.
• Be able to route and/or reroute pipe design runs, prepare piping drawings and isometrics.
• Prepare equipment, structural steel, and concrete 3D models and drawings.
• Field Sketches.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience with 3D modeling Industrial piping and mechanical designs, preferably using AutoCAD Plant-3D, CADWorx and/or Inventor
• Must be able to read and understand existing plant drawings (equipment, structural steel, concrete, and site work)
• Must be able to work on several projects at the same time

Pay Rate:

• $45 – 60/hr, dependent on experience
