Salary 140000-155000 + bonus

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development Power BI Dashboards and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. Looking for someone between a staff and manager level who will spend 50-60% of their time on hands-on Power BI work and 40% managing relationships with the business and applications teams. This person will support both enhancement work and major new development projects. Work directly with the business on smaller dashboard tweaks. 

Responsibilities

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Create data models and build reports on top of them.
• Develop proof of concept for data models.
• Coach and train power users in business teams on using data models and creating report
• Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
• Support test and deployment of new products and features

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of other BI tools and platforms is a plus.
• Bachelors Degree
