In this job you will participate in requirements analysis and management, functional analysis, performance analysis, system design, trade studies, systems integration and test (verification) in the development and evaluation of networks and information systems
Qualifications:

U.S
Citizenship
required, with the ability to obtain a
Top Secret/SCI security clearance

Bachelor\'s degree
in Systems Engineering, or a related field in Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, with
10+ years
of experience; or
Master\'s degree
with
8+ years
of experience
- Expertise in
multi-level security domains
and cross-domain systems
- Experience in decomposing requirements to avoid unnecessary complexity
- Strong system-level networking skills, with the ability to coordinate detailed network design with WAN providers
- Familiarity with external partners such as Iridium, SDA, Northrop, York, and Lockheed
- Ability to define in-scope vs
out-of-scope requirements and manage project complexity

development experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Perform requirements analysis, definition, and management; functional and performance analysis; system design; and systems integration and testing
- Conduct technical planning, cost and risk analyses, and supportability and effectiveness assessments for subsystems and system elements
- Analyze customer requirements, develop system requirements, and define allocations to lower-level components and elements
- Develop and evaluate system and network designs to ensure compliance with government security specifications
- Provide system accreditation/certification evaluation and support, ensuring that all technical security features (e.g., identification, authentication, access control) are properly implemented
- Participate in modeling and simulation activities to evaluate system performance
- Research and analyze vendor products, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) components, and specifications to determine feasibility for design or application
- Support the creation of technical engineering products by adhering to standards, processes, and procedures throughout the system development lifecycle
- Define processes for technical platforms, system specifications, and input/output parameters to ensure hardware/software compatibility
- Coordinate external interfaces and Interface Control Documents (ICDs) across project teams and with external stakeholders
