Essential Functions
- - Lead process engineering projects, including feasibility studies and remedial designs.
- - Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- - Ensure successful product scale-up through pilot and manufacturing stages.
- - Validate product quality, equipment sizing, and process engineering design.
- - Implement process control systems for real-time production monitoring.
- - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- - Collaborate with customers on environmental waste treatment and troubleshooting.
- - Assist in design package preparation, including engineering calculations and specifications.
- - Conduct risk assessments for safety and regulatory compliance.
- - Support system operations, maintenance staff, and contribute to plans and reports.
- - Identify contaminant sources, manage site assessments, and conduct audits.

- Required 10+ years - 10+ years of experience in manufacturing and environmental fields.
- - Expertise in process engineering, improvement, optimization, and scale-up.
- - Proven track record in product and process engineering scale-up, equipment sizing, and validation.
- - In-depth knowledge of sustainable production practices, waste minimization, and quality enhancement.
- - Familiarity with hazardous and industrial waste, wastewater treatment, and chemical manufacturing.
- - Proficiency in biological filtration systems and strong project management skills.
- - Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance at city, state, and federal levels.
- - Excellent technical writing, organizational, and communication skills.
- - Ability to travel (up to 30%).
