Essential Functions

• - Lead process engineering projects, including feasibility studies and remedial designs.
• - Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• - Ensure successful product scale-up through pilot and manufacturing stages.
• - Validate product quality, equipment sizing, and process engineering design.
• - Implement process control systems for real-time production monitoring.

Education Qualifications

Experience Qualifications

• Required 10+ years - 10+ years of experience in manufacturing and environmental fields.

Skills and Abilities

• - Expertise in process engineering, improvement, optimization, and scale-up.
• - Proven track record in product and process engineering scale-up, equipment sizing, and validation.
• - In-depth knowledge of sustainable production practices, waste minimization, and quality enhancement.
• - Familiarity with hazardous and industrial waste, wastewater treatment, and chemical manufacturing.
• - Proficiency in biological filtration systems and strong project management skills.
• - Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance at city, state, and federal levels.
• - Excellent technical writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• - Ability to travel (up to 30%).
