Job DescriptionThe Sr Product Analyst, Product Testing will play a role in the implementation of NBCU operations into SAP and other integrated systems by providing sound testing script development, test execution, defect tracking and overall test reporting. The successful candidate will perform work that is highly complex, varied in nature, and span multiple functional areas within SAP. This individual will also seek to ensure the optimum creation and utilization of automated test scripts to support projects from across different business units. Primary responsibilities will include:
- Help with developing a common testing methodology and framework that can be leveraged for large projects and eventually for the S/4 program (how do we estimate testing effort, goals of TUT, FUT, SIT, UAT, Regression testing along with RACI for each testing cycle), standard set of KPIs to track for each test cycle, framework to document requirements coverage based on test execution.
- Manage testing for large SAP implementations within the portfolio.
- Creation and maintenance of test automation scripts.
- Understanding NBCU business processes requirements by engaging with business partners at enterprise and division level.
- Facilitate business requirement definition sessions to build testing strategies.
- Ensure agreement on testing processes between Information Technologies and business users.
- Perform fit-gap analysis via discovery by engaging with business units and other Product/Business Solutions team members to determine optimal testing strategies.
- Review, participate and/or Lead test activities on SAP implementations, rollouts, or upgrade projects.
- Collaborate with peers to apply best practices to develop testing scenario between applications (ERP, BW, BPC and Non-SAP)
- Perform data analysis tasks to optimize testing.
- Work with the technology team to analyze and ensure script data is kept current and script errors are promptly followed up by owners.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to all users and continuous communication.
- Good team player who can collaborate with the Business and IT teams to bridge any gaps from requirement understanding, identifying risks and recommend mitigation strategies that impact the Testing and the overall quality of the implementation
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or Business from an accredited institution or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience with managing testing for large SAP initiatives and/or progressive test automation hands on experience as Analyst and/or Senior Analyst level
- Experience with HPALM or equivalent test management tool
- Basic Knowledge of SAP modules and integrations.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills
- Possess interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of Business and IT
- Self-starter to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a keen desire to learn and expand depth of knowledge
- Exhibit collaboration and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work off business hours and weekends as needed in a demanding environment
- Strong / effective influencing and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of data handling between automation and application
- Quick learner capable of understanding new information, grasping concepts at a rapid pace
- Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbally, and tailor to audience to achieve desired results
- Candidate should be an active learner that is detail oriented and a proven self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, problem solve, work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment, and complete work timely and accurately
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience with an SAP S4 HANA implementation
- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM
- Experience with Worksoft Certify or similar tool
- The ability to harden automation test scripts to maximize repeatability and minimize maintenance.

Salary range: $105,000 - $135,000
