JOB SUMMARY: Under the Direction of the assigned Director of Business Channel or designee, the Senior Product Developer is responsible for managing the process of developing our product and enhancing existing products in order to meet business channel customer expectations effectively. This role researches, develops proposals, and supervises the design process.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand our clients' needs
2. Provide the back-bone of new research into client needs, such as analytical frameworks, models, and exhibits.
3. Report research, metrics, and results in clear, understandable ways, such as standalone reports or continuous dashboards, for internal and external stakeholders
4. Create new, early-stage prototypes and pilots for a variety of client needs
5. Assist with product strategy and product roadmaps (internal and external).
6. Work with Product teams to determine clear, comprehensive user requirements (design inputs) and product specifications and support design activities by developing prototypes.
7. Work with Product teams to conduct market and competitor research for current and future products to develop user stories, technical specifications, and product descriptions.
8. Track and document progress and goals across all work.
9. Conceive and analyze multiple alternatives to improve outcomes.
10. Must pass initial and periodic background checks, and comply with all applicable HIPAA and Security regulations, including maintaining HIPAA Awareness and Security Certification.
11. Must be available and able to work during standard business hours.
12. Position may require rare to occasional travel depending primarily on client needs.
13. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
14. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
15. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.
