As a Product Management Leader, you will be given the ownership of a new product that builds intent-based network designs with low-code automation and extensively uses AI/ML to redefine network and security analytics and assurance. You will be tasked with strategic thinking, market assessment, make data driven decisions, evaluate in-depth bleeding-edge technologies, defining product & solution requirements, closely work with engineering to execute, develop go to market plans and drive business with great customer experiences.
Over your career, you will be exposed to multiple business/products and provide opportunities to grow to senior levels that independently run larger businesses. This is a global role that will include interactions with teams in many countries, require exceptional effective communication skills to simplify complex technologies and establish thought leadership for Aruba among global customers. Your decisions would not only determine viability and attractiveness of the offering to customers but will also drive revenue and growth for the overall business.
Job Role:
- This is an Individual contributor role.
- Translate Aruba leadership vision of network operations and network security technologies, products, solutions into Aruba Central
- Manage current products - Aruba Central
- Identify market opportunities, define product/service growth areas, craft strategies for new product/services that align with broader leadership vision and goals to increase Aruba's business and market share in the Aruba Central.
- Help leadership build, grow team and product/service success by participating in cross-functional collaboration
- Drive Product/Service definitions & outcomes by working with the Product Line Managers/Solutions Architects and engineers to secure best possible execution outcomes.
- Sales, partners & customers enablement for increasing product adoption
- Analyzing market/customer/competitive data to identify growth opportunities and craft strategies for new product/service offerings
Education and Experience Required:
- Education in Electrical or Computer Engineering BS required, Strongly prefer MS.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in product-management/business-development
- Should have atleast 10 years of work experience related to computer network design and/or network security.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication skills, preferably with public speaking exposure on large events and customer/sales interactions
- Proficient in ethernet IP routing protocols, network management tools and technologies used to build enterprise network elements
- Strong preference for candidates with network solutions design, low-code automation and intent-based orchestration design experience.

USD Annual Salary: $128,000.00 - $295,000.00
