As an industry expert, you will influence and support both internal and external stakeholders in developing effective product strategies and roadmaps for our Converged Enclosures product line, including cabinets & accessories and thermal management products. What You Will Do
The Senior Product Manager will drive the strategic direction of our complex product lines. As an industry expert, you will influence and support both internal and external stakeholders in developing effective product strategies and roadmaps for our Converged Enclosures product line, including cabinets & accessories and thermal management products. Key responsibilities include:
- Product Strategy and Execution: Lead global product strategy development, collaborating with account management and marketing to launch new products through compelling business plans.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of product lifecycle management while mentoring team members.
- Technical and Application Support: Provide application support for assigned products, including training on technical and product collateral.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis, focusing on value propositions, market sizing, and pricing strategies.
- Business and Operations Planning: Develop pricing strategies and oversee S&OP forecasting, inventory management, and manufacturing strategies.
- Customer and Market Insights: Gather and act on Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to define market-valued requirements that address customer needs.
- Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Experience with thermal products and cabinets.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze datasets, utilize data to influence decisions, and a make business case.
- Experience with financials, like P&L statements.
- Experience with new product development.
