SR PRODUCT MANAGER
We are looking for talented SrProduct Manager with eCommerce and mobile experience to join our team, working with an exciting client in Silicon Valley. This is a full time hybrid opportunity that requires you be able to work out of our client’s offices in Cupertino 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Work with other product managers, engineering and business stakeholders to define features and manage projects from concept to design to development.
- Define, negotiate, and manage the scope of projects across multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Work with the client’s leadership team to keep them informed about and knowledgeable about your projects and to navigate changing situations.
- Provide validation and verification on project deliverables and promote exceptional quality standards.
- Identify creative solutions as issues arise in order to deliver high-quality work in a fast paced environment.
- Manage multiple, concurrent projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years product and/or project management experience managing digital projects with consumer facing experiences (e-commerce and mobile are ideal)
- Experience managing multiple projects across creative, development, and with cross- functional teams.
- Highly presentable with excellent verbal and written skills. Capable of convincing and rallying others with ability to manage and grow internal relationships.
- Ability to understand the big picture and overarching mission but move to tactical execution and follow the details of a complex process.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, responding to shifting priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
- Ability to navigate large, matrixed organization with multiple competing priorities.

Position Summary
The Sr Mgr Product Solutions and Services is responsible for defining, planning, and executing the product strategy for a specific product or product line. This role involves extensive cross-functional collaboration, market research, and strategic decision-making to drive the success of the product.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Must have an undergraduate degree in business, management information systems, computer science or equivalent job-related experience.
PMI Certification is desired but not required.
- 8+ years of experience in product or project management experience managing digital projects with consumer facing experiences (ecommerce and mobile are ideal)
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
▸ BS or BA degree
▸ Agile product management experience
▸ Software development experience
▸ Strong experience and understanding of web and mobile development technologies
▸ Ability to pick up technical and business concepts quickly
▸ Experience managing multiple projects across creative, development, and with cross- functional teams.
▸ Highly presentable with excellent verbal and written skills. Capable of convincing and rallying others with ability to manage and grow internal relationships.

Environmental & Physical Requirements:
Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
