Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product development lifecycle, from inception to launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver products that align with our company’s vision and market needs.

What You’ll Do  

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
• Define product features and capabilities based on business requirements, customer feedback, and technology trends.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support.
• Manage the entire product development process from concept to launch, including prioritizing features, coordinating development timelines, and conducting user acceptance testing.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product performance to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve products.
• Communicate product updates, roadmap plans, and strategy to stakeholders, including executives, investors, and team members.
• Mentor and coach junior product managers and cross-functional team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Who You Are  

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or another related field is desired.  
• Proven track record as a product manager for at least 5-10 years.  
• Strong understanding of technology, user experience, and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
