Sr. Product Manager - Loyalty
Hybrid (2 days in-office: Tuesday & Thursday; 3 days remote)
Pay - $91.19/hr
Seeking a passionate Sr. Product Manager to innovate in the grocery and food space by enhancing customer loyalty through digital technologies. The role involves developing a digital product vision and roadmap to create unique loyalty experiences, driving brand awareness, program acquisition, engagement, sales, and customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for customer and business needs throughout the development process.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define scope and technical solutions.
- Manage a product backlog of user stories for UX/Design and Engineering.
- Work with UX/Design teams to create mock-ups and finalized designs.
- Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria and consider dependencies.
- Utilize analytics to identify future opportunities and insights.
- Research competitors and industry best practices to enhance digital loyalty products.
- Support the operation of Division Games, including setup and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or Product Management.
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience in an Agile environment, preferably in large organizations.
- Strong preference for e-commerce experience, particularly in web or mobile apps.
- Experience in the grocery industry and understanding of CPG-Grocer relationships is a plus.
- Proficient in Agile development with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in preparing spreadsheets and data files for development teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
- Experience with A/B testing and web experimentation.
- Ability to define products from scratch and communicate requirements to engineering teams.
- Comfortable operating in uncertain and ambiguous environments.
- Proficient in JIRA/Confluence, Figma, or equivalent software.
- Experience with coupons, rewards points, APIs, and complex systems is advantageous.
