JOB SUMMARY: This role will be responsible for the product strategy, road-map definition, product requirements definition, and product build of 1 or more products. The role will form part of a Product team whose mandate as a group is to ensure the Organization's product competitiveness with continuous product enhancement. The group will also ensure company competitiveness through aggressive & proactive management of the company's product suite and platform through both organic new product development and inorganic product/company acquisitions.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Will own a product and/or domain and take responsibility for product strategy, product roadmap, product requirements definition, market competitiveness and revenue success of the product or products as related to that domain.
2. Conducts client needs analysis and completes market, and competitor analysis as well as internal intel/KPIs
3. Plays the role of a market & strategy expert for the designated product or products
4. Help create, own and manage a product roadmap for the designated product.
5. Help create a product requirements document for each major & minor release of the product
6. Creates new solutions/ventures, process improvements, and drives POCs, Pilots, and R&D, in an effort to conceptualize and develop new products
7. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
8. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
9. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE:
This role tasks the incumbent with application of a base of comprehensive subject matter expertise, practices, and procedures in the execution of the position's day-to-day responsibilities. The incumbent will work under minimal supervision on a regular and consistent basis and will have a significant impact on forward looking strategy, current product enhancements, and development of new products. The incumbent acts as a resource for senior leadership and will likely have regular interaction with all levels of the organizational structure as well as customers.
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $130-140K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
* Minimum Bachelors' degree along with eight (8) to ten (10) years' of progressive experience in a related role inclusive of development of market analyses, product conceptualization, product development, product launch and ongoing product enhancements, support, & documentation in health-tech and/or digital health domains. Advanced degree is highly preferred.
* Has demonstrated ability to study the market, come up with ideas, conceptualize new products, and help build and launch them in the market.
* Ability to create, maintain, update and adhere to product strategy & roadmaps for one or more designated products.
* Ability to work with both the business units of the organization (service lines, marketing, sales) and the IT department in effecting the development and launch of new products.
* Demonstrated leadership qualities and requisite people skills for forging relationships and driving buy-in to affect the development and launch of new products in accordance with timelines.
* Ability to handle long-term and/or complex projects with significant financial business impact.
* Highly developed ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and technical product specifications/documentation.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management, board of directors or other members of the organizational.
* Ability to facilitate trainings, workshops, and learning sessions across the organization.
* Required licenses, professional certifications, and/or board certifications as applicable.
* Ability to drive execution cross functionally across the organization.
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
* Ability to represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
* Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a positive and professional manner.
* Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team.
* Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities.
* Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone.
