Sr Product Marketing Manager - Paychex

Overview:

Leads the development and implementation of division-wide product marketing plans, or corporate marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the development and implementation of division-wide marketing plans and communications, including printed material, web content, electronic sales presentations, digital marketing, and any other media. Prepares reports to share with senior leadership regarding activity and results.
• Manages a team of Product Marketing Managers and Associate Managers to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Works closely with Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Product Development leadership to launch new services and produce favorable business outcomes in the areas of sales, retention and product awareness.
• Meets with senior leadership to determine the marketing and sales support needs for assigned business units.
• Presents plans and updates progress to senior leadership to build consensus on strategic goals.
• Recruits, selects, hires, and evaluates performance of personnel to ensure all department needs are handled appropriately. Counsels and develops staff for personal and corporate advancement through career development, training programs and other resources as required for professional advancement.
• Commissions market research to gain critical insight into the trends within markets.
• Oversees and implements marketing communications strategies to ensure adherence to Paychex brand standards.
• Monitors competitive environment and adjusts plans to meet future opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position’s function.

Qualifications:Compensation:In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $89,536.36 - $140,700. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
