We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own Pricing for the US 3P Business. The Product Marketing Manager will increase find new ways to improve our store price competitiveness and conduct tests/experiments to validate product/program ideas. If executed successfully, the role will improve Amazon's price perception and price quality across the store.
To do this, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing a short/long-term roadmap, accelerating the progress of current and existing initiatives, representing the voice of customers and sellers, and translating the value of these initiatives to sellers. For accelerating and inventing new initiatives, they will align initiatives on a set of metrics, entitlement, and success criteria across geographies and program and category teams.
This role will work with various members of the US 3P Business including Business Intelligence Engineers and SAS Account Management teams to drive seller facing programs. For Voice of Customer and Voice of Seller, they will consolidate customer and seller anecdotes to identify new areas of opportunity and improvement for pricing initiatives, and invent mechanisms to share this feedback to product/program owners. For translating program value to sellers, they will work across fees and profitability teams to invent a program to translate pricing value to sellers, improving seller profitability for their selection and optimizing prices for customers. This role will also work extensively with worldwide product teams developing and influencing the product roadmap and prioritization for pricing initiatives helping Sellers.
Key job responsibilities
- Identify and deliver initiatives that grow the US 3P Business through strategic partnerships with internal teams at Amazon.
- Drive project planning through detailed roadmaps and milestone tracking.
- Ensure appropriate coordination and communication with relevant business and cross functional stakeholders.
- Understand business customer needs through direct customer interactions and through benchmarking.
- Address barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders and internal partners.
- Partner with other product and program managers globally to identify and influence development of new products, features, and functionality.
- Conduct deep dive analyses and translate requirements into effective data visualizations and analytical solutions.
- Work with BIEs, DEs, PMTs, PMs, SDEs and leadership to identify and acquire datasets of interest.
- Imagine and develop new ways to present data that adds value and insight.
- Develop relevant and defensible metrics and KPIs that drive and track business strategy.
-Define and develop dashboards and visualization for key metrics and KPIs.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
