Amazon One Medical Pay-Per-Visit is a modern approach to medical care-allowing people to get care on their terms, on their schedule. One Medical members receive ongoing support for their healthcare needs, using the One Medical app to book in-office doctors' appointments at locations near them, and to request 24/7 on-demand virtual care at no extra cost. Amazon One Medical Pay-per-visit gives Amazon customers the option to seek out one-time virtual visits for 30+ common conditions.
We are hiring for a Sr. Program Manager who will oversee the clinical catalog of services provided to Amazon One Medical Pay-Per-Visit customers. Our ideal candidate has been deeply rooted in the healthcare or health technology industry, has experience working with and creating clinical content, is passionate about processes and innovation, and can navigate a complex environment. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results as we need to continually adapt and improve our services to meet the needs of our customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders across Product Management, Clinical, Customer Service, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and UX Design teams. The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage the creation, maintenance, and processes related to the catalog of clinical services that we offer on Amazon.com
- Partner with clinicians to develop customer-facing intakes and workflows that aid in the delivery of clinical services
- Develop process improvements that increase the quality of our clinical services
- Maintain database of clinical protocols and their corresponding medications prescribed
- Research standard of care, medications, competitor benchmarking.
- Write condition briefs and questions, draft CIQ, finalize ASIN information, incorporate clinician feedback
- Be the liaison between various customer service, technical, business, and clinical teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions
- Create and maintain library of clinical intakes in shareable format for each stakeholder type (internal vs external), maintaining history and records of all archived versions
- Own and support cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi task based on severity level and strong business judgement
- Work with UX design to present condition-appropriate clinical information to increase customer conversion and instill customer trust in product
- Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience

- Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of clinical content creation and/or copywriting
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- High degree of proficiency working with content management systems and familiarity with editing HTML/CSS
- Proficiency in process development
- Experience managing projects across cross-function teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience delivering programs of medium to high complexity, coordinating the development cycle
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading process design and clinical quality programs
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with clinical, engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver digital health services
- Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and directors as required
- Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with minimal guidance
- Be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities
- Be a collaborative leader, capable of driving internal & external stakeholders to consensus while balancing product/technology needs with longer term relationship objectives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
