Job Summary:
As a Senior Program Manager of Organizational Effectiveness, you will lead and oversee comprehensive programs and initiatives that align with our HR strategic vision and Inogen’s strategy and culture pillars. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organizational Development, your role will be instrumental in developing and implementing advanced program management strategies for new hire experiences and onboarding programs, performance management, succession planning, DEIBA programs, and leadership development. You will employ sophisticated project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement practices, and communication techniques to meet and exceed objectives. Your responsibility includes initiating and driving project planning, program management, and execution, while fostering a culture of engagement and excellence across all initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities (Specific tasks, duties, essential functions of the job)
- Lead, manage, and optimize Inogen’s performance management program
- Lead the redesign and ongoing management of Inogen’s new hire experience program (first 90 days) for individual contributors and managers
- Lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and programs from inception to completion, employing advanced project management techniques and tools.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project and program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
- Create, implement, and manage sophisticated project and program communication plans, utilizing creative and innovative approaches to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Act as a facilitator and program manager, influencing the operational plan and execution of organization-wide effectiveness, culture, and development programs.
- Identify and recommend solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness, collaborating with the HR team and business stakeholders using advanced problem-solving methods.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to incubate, launch, and scale projects aimed at improving associate inclusion, morale, retention, productivity, and well-being.
- Lead action planning based on employee sentiment surveys to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to organizational long-term planning and corresponding HR strategies with an increased focus on strategic foresight.
- Establish and monitor effectiveness measures for programs, analyzing and reporting on metrics with a higher level of complexity.
- Oversee entire project lifecycles, providing guidance and mentorship to project teams.
- Serve as a central senior point of contact for all project-related communications, effectively managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.
- Support data-driven decision-making and integrate analytics into HR operational processes at a strategic level.

Qualifications (Experience and Education)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program/project management, including leading strategic and operational initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and programs, preferably in a publicly traded or high-growth company.
- Strong record of leading small teams and working effectively across time zones.
- Proven ability to build influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and capable of motivating and influencing others to achieve project goals.
