Short Description:
- Guidance to the teams in Technical design, development, and trouble shooting
- Establishing/improving the coding standards to be followed
- complex designs in terms of application and database design
- Conducting Code-Walk-Through with teams
- Understanding the requirements of projects from users, and implementing them & map them into high level design
- Designing Functional & Technical specifications documents, and flow diagrams following the standards
- all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from analysis through Maintenance
- Projects could include new system design and creation, interfaces and integration, native AS400 based solutions, writing data extracts, new reports, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications etc.
- Working and handling projects with overlap with US Timings is possible. In most cases, real-time client interaction till 12 noon US EST will be required.
- Team Handling from 10 to 20 programmers.
