The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day project activities, including the management of digital programs (multiple projects) from inception to delivery phase.
- Document activities of the project team, such as project plans, meeting notes, agendas, weekly status reports, etc.
- Understand and visualize the big picture while being hands-on in executing the client's project goals.
- Drive decision-making processes from start to finish, efficiently planning and prioritizing all deliverables and resources across multiple projects.
- Create training guide templates and process maps (swimlane diagrams) to help set up processes and teach the existing team to carry on the work.
- Exhibit impressive executive presence and communication abilities, with a passion for technology and being part of a nationwide, mission-driven organization.
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration and communication.
Qualifications:
- The ability to work East Coast hours is a must.
- Strong preference for candidates with EMR and EHR system integration experience in the health industry. Healthcare industry experience is also highly valued.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
- 10-12 years of hands-on experience in project or program management, stakeholder management, and vendor/client relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of technology, strategy, and design lifecycle with an intuitive grasp of operational workflows.
- Expertise in Project Management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Wrike, Smartsheet, and other related communication tools.
- Proficient in managing project scope, resource matrix, risks, and go-to-market steps.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate both the client and the team.
- Experience in reporting on KPI and Critical Success Factors (CSFs).
Nice to Haves:
- PMP/ACP certification
- Scrum Alliance certifications (Advanced CSM, CPO, Agile Leadership/Coaching)
- Product definition/requirements
- Experience with CRM platforms
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Salary Expectations:
- Contractor $90-$120 USD / Hour
