We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in electrical work to oversee major projects and ensure successful execution from start to finish.
**Job Description:**
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale construction projects, with a focus on electrical systems. Your role will involve coordinating all aspects of project execution, from planning to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee electrical projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Manage project scope, risk, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in the construction industry, with a focus on electrical systems.
- Proven experience in managing large, complex construction projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
- Ability to travel as required.
