Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Oversee large and complex commercial roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with construction and safety teams to develop and implement comprehensive plans.
• Mentor and train project managers and superintendents, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Manage manpower and coordinate project activities to achieve successful outcomes.
• Conduct on-site management of assigned projects, including supervision of crews and subcontractors.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships to secure repeat business and maintain our reputation for excellence.
• Participate in pre-job meetings and ensure smooth handoffs from estimating to operations.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate final inspections with customers and manufacturers.
• Ensure rigorous quality control on all projects and verify safety plans are executed effectively.
• Provide leadership and support for the executive team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and a proven track record of meeting deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to budget, measure department performance, and motivate team members.

Experience:

• 10+ years of commercial roofing experience, with expertise in Single Ply..
