Qualification Notes
- Strong communication skills, this person will be working with high level executives and need to be able to explain things directly and accurately. (Strong, effective communicator, good interpersonal skills)
- This is a fast paced environment, there is no time for training, candidate must be able to hit the ground running
- Strong PM, ideally familiar with Agile methodology
- Narrative and depth of experience is more important than # of roles
- Description of the process with the team, how to keep them connected, overall approach
- PMP not necessary
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project knowledge
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work with all levels of the enterprise
- The ability to know to look "under the rock” vs. having to be told to look under the rock
- Understanding how the budget works and be able to work with the budget
- Some knowledge in Salesforce (what is Salesforce is about)
- CSM certifications
- Experience working with offshore and onshore team
- Ability to coordinate and drive work well across teams
Looking specifically for the following:
- Technical Project Manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Agile projects
- Must have managed projects from inception to completion (start to finish)
- Salesforce experience or IVR (Interactive Voice Response) experience is a nice to have
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Agile coaching, project planning, budget estimation and management, resource planning and assessment, financial planning and risk assessment.
- Advanced knowledge of process evaluation and improvement, including selection of products, tools, services and infrastructure components in line with an organization's business needs and architectural principles.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management Tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Agile, SDLC etc.)
- Strong ability to collaborate across groups, build relationships and manage effectively in a matrix organization.
- Strong ability to motivate teams and coach and train business system analysts and lower level project managers.
