ABOUT THE JOB
The Sr. Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Global Project Management to monitor project progress and ensure accurate tracking of project metrics. This role will be instrumental in identifying and escalating risks, working proactively with teams to implement risk mitigation strategies and safeguard project timelines. Additionally, the Sr. Project Manager will partner with the Director to drive successful outcomes in the integrated execution of our innovation pipeline, ensuring projects meet established profiles, financial targets, timelines, and forecasts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Collaborate with the Director of Global Project Management prioritize projects and resources for product launch and marketing deliverables.
- Work with global cross-functional teams to gather requirements and determine timelines for project completion.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that have the potential to jeopardize the ability to meet agreed upon deliverables.
- Support Director of Global Project Management in gathering data needed for post launch product reviews.
- Coordinate with Director of Global Project management to set up meetings and follow up with actions and notes from the discussion to meeting participants.
- Keep timelines updated and accurate throughout various project tracking platforms.
- Communicate expectations and deliverables to team members and Director of Global Project Management.
- Coordinate with Director of Global Project Management to evaluate any requested changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external resources.
- Identify project roles needed for the project and assign responsibilities for tasks.
- Ensure all project processes are executed properly.
- Ensure appropriate involvement of affected groups in project activities; ensure all groups understand and agree to their project commitments.
- Manage project scope, activities, cost and timeline deliverable progress and status.
- Coordinate with Director of Global Project Management to track progresses to plan and ensure project metrics are captured.
- Communicate and escalate if the project cannot track according to project schedule and finances.
- Ensure appropriate project communication takes place, both internally and externally.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication of all project decisions.
- Document, manage, and mitigate project risks.
- Work with Director of Project Management to identify and implement process improvement to drive efficiencies and minimize overall risk.
- Provide weekly status updates on priority projects to Director of Global Project Management.
- Train employees on process, project management platforms and technologies.
- Liaison between internal staff, markets and headquarter to locate and distribute assets through multiple sources (i.e., SharePoint, Canva, Smartsheet, Cloudinary) at timely basis.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Will need to remain flexible to accommodate international meeting timelines that may extend outside of normal business hours.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Recommended:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or similar plus 5+ years of related experience.
- Experience with product maintenance and product innovation launch from concept to delivery.
- Ability to manage multi-faceted, time sensitive projects.
- Good skills in facilitation, written documentation, status reporting, mediation training, and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) are required.
- Good customer service skills are essential for this position.
Preferred:
- PMP certification.
- Experience working in a global marketing, creative services/art department, video production house, or marketing agency environment.
- Knowledge of additional applications (Smartsheet, Cloudinary, Canva, SharePoint) preferred.
