 Cutting-edge Midwest Real Estate Developer known for creating award-winning grand resorts in US and Caribbean is looking for a Director of Construction/Sr. Project Manager to run their 400-acre, world-class resort in British Virgin Islands. Property includes a full-service marina, 5-star hotel, upscale restaurants, ultra custom waterfront villas ($3-50 Mil) and all the luxurious amenities to go with it. Project is 50% complete with 30 yrs remaining creating an infinite loop returning to phase one of Construction.

 Director will oversee entire construction project and oversee a staff of a PM, 2 Supers and 250 subs. Sr. Project Mgr is key in meeting with high-end clientele during pre-sales to create a vision of the property and doing a notebook sketch incorporating clients dreams onto the lot and elevation while adhering to community architectural guidelines. Works closely with outside Architect to develop final renderings. Responsible for creating budgets, oversee billings, manage change orders, and overseeing Superintendent and the project as a whole.

 Qualified candidates MUST have ALL of the following:

• 5+ yrs experience with "one of a kind" multi-million dollar residential and resort projects
• Knowledge in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering
• Prior experience working in the Islands, Caribbean or similar
• Number focused mentality with a keen eye for details and quality finishes
• Polished, professional communication and finesse needed to work with the ultra-wealthy 

Total Compensation: $200-275k + $2,500-3K housing allowance + full benefits
