- Healthcare is moving to an enterprise-wide, cross-segment system that will phase in over the next two years. WellMatch legacy system was scheduled for "sun-setting” Q1-Q2 2017 but will now remain live through (at least) the end of 2017. WellMatch dev team is currently supporting ongoing legacy system tickets averaging ~ 30-70 tickets / month dependent upon change cycles. WellMatch seeks ongoing L2 & L3 support from Virtusa on the legacy system under a fixed bid arrangement extending to the end of 2017. WellMatch legacy is a Web Portal (built on Ruby on Rails and Postgres) where users can compare doctors and procedures viewing cost estimates, quality ratings, and patient reviews etc. It provides Mobile Application (developed leveraging REST web self-services) for IOS and Android with same functionality as well. VirtusaPolaris WellMatch L2 & L3 (DevOps) support scope will cover incident management , service request management, Change Management, defect fixes, minor enhancements, O/S upgrades related to mobile application and quality assurance services. L2 & L3 (DevOps) Support will be provided during US office hours ( excluding US holidays) only.
