Project Description:
Phase1 Prepare & Explore for Business Transformation Initiative
Scope of Tasks:
Provide Services for Phase 1 – Explore of the Customer's Enterprise Transformation Program currently estimated at 21 weeks. Phase 1 - Explore of the current Program is a continuation of the Customer's Program that began with the Jumpstart Phase (Fit/Gap using Model Company) which defined SAP scope, phasing, resource plans and solution gaps across Hydrocarbon Supply Chain. The HSC Refining Production Planning will be required to lead and / or participate in Workshops demonstrating a deep level of understanding of both SAP functionality (S/4 1709:FP02) and O&G industry expertise. In addition, the HSC Refining Production Planning will be required to guide the customer using industry best practice approaches and business processes to close Gap's and detail out the selected SAPs with functional specifications.
The HSC Refining Production Planning would be expected remain with the project through Phase 1, currently estimated between 15 - 18 months.”

- O&G Industry Experience in Hydrocarbon Products Value Chain
- Experience designing end to end processes and challenging GAPs
- Hands on, be able to build short demos to demonstrate system capabilities during
- Refinery Production Execution Skillset (PP-PI)
- Refinery Product costing
- Integration with Aspentech PIMS or other LP Tools
- MII Integration Knowledge
The HSC Refining Production Planning would be expected remain with the project through Phase 1, currently estimated between 15 - 18 months.”
