Sr. Python Developer - Sky Systems, Inc

Role: Sr. Python Developer
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long Term
Work Hours: Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: Onsite – Fremont, USA

Must Haves:

• Advanced Level experience (8+ years) with Python programming language handling Big Data
• Experience with Django and/or Flask
• Experience with PySpark (Spark UI)
• Experience with implementing Data Science algorithms
• Experience with data munging/wrangling would be good to have
• Experience using third-party Python libraries including Pandas, Pyarrow, Numpy, etc.
• Experience with Client libraries like scikit-learn
• Experience developing REST APIs involving large volume data sets
• Experience with RDBMS systems.
• Experience with NoSQL stores (HBase, Cassandra etc.).
• Rigor in high quality code, automated testing, and other engineering best practices, ability to write reusable code components.
