Job Description

Relevant Experience (Yrs.)	:	6-7+ yrs. QA automation testing experience
Necessary Skills	:	Hands-on Selenium Automation experience (RC, Web driver) is strongly desired Good understanding of programming in JAVA is desired Expertise in building and maintaining test beds, test environments and automated data driven test suites. Must be able to write test in Java Strong knowledge of QA methodologies Strong knowledge of Test Design techniques such equivalence class partitioning, decision table, pairwise testing etc. is a must. Comfortable with taking the initiative regarding issues and decisions with minimal supervision. Strong analytical skills Must be able to work independently and interact with customer stakeholders
Desired Skills		Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills)
Roles & Responsibilities		Able to effectively work in onsite-offshore model
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Able to plan/track tasks/activities
