Sr. Recruiter-Clinical - 4 Corner Resources

Must be located in NY to be considered as this role is hybrid.

4 Corner Resources is seeking a Sr. Recruiter for one of our Healthcare Clients located in New York. This individual will be instrumental in sourcing and attracting top talent for high-demand clinical roles.  The ideal candidate will be highly technically adept, able to navigate multiple systems with ease, and bring strong experience in sourcing, recruitment metrics, and CRM tools.

Sr. Recruiter Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Talent Delivery Manager and HRBP to understand business needs and develop comprehensive, market-facing sourcing strategies.
• Source, identify, assess, and screen candidates for requisitions or job groups within specified clinical areas.
• Utilize Behavioral-Based Interviewing (BBI) techniques in phone screenings to provide high-quality candidate slates to hiring managers.
• Develop and implement robust sourcing strategies to build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Participate actively in new requisition intake meetings, adding strategic value and insights.
• Review applicant pools to identify candidates who meet screening qualifications.
• Utilize CRM, Workday, and other sourcing tools to manage candidate data effectively and meet monthly recruiting targets.

• 5+ years of prior experience recruiting for clinical healthcare roles specifically Nurses in the NY area. 
• Highly proficient with CRM systems, Workday is a plus, and other sourcing tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced high volume work environment. 
• Proven ability to meet recruitment metrics and deliver on hiring goals.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude for using multiple recruiting systems and tools.
• High school diploma required. 

• Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 
• Contract to hire (based on performance and budget) 
• Compensation starting at $50/hr. (based on experience)
