Another key responsibility of the role is to gain a deep understanding of the different Digital Retail tools in the marketplace, how they support consumers & dealers from a functional standpoint and a strong understanding of how they integrate into dealers' retail processes and system environments (CRM, DMS). Managing vendors as part of our Digital Retail Certified Vendor Program to ensure BMW NA delivers a class leading Tier 1 and Tier3 Digital Retail experience ties into this key requirement of understanding the marketplace. Lastly, you will provide operational leadership to half of the Retail Strategy team with the support of the Retail Strategy Specialist to deliver all Digital Retail related reporting and analysis with the overall aim of driving Digital Sales performance. This role is centered on change management and the ability to drive change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digitally supported Sales Process through field reviews and driving National field performance
- Influence ongoing use and development of Digital Pricing tools and how these customer leads are managed in the retail process
- Operationalize KPIs and monitor/steer retail performance
- Lead cross functional teams through working session approach
- Manage external implementation partners (Accenture, DR certified vendors)
- Digital Retail reporting and analysis
- Development of dealer communication to support change management while effectively garnering dealer buy-in.
- Participation in business meetings including top Management to represent relevant business topics as subject matter expert.
- Organization of webinars, teleconferences, conference calls, and supporting communication material to support development of all sales process and in-store tools.
- Assist in developing best practice guidelines and processes that will address various retail challenges - ultimately ensuring industry-leading customer experiences in line with the Digital Retailing strategy.
- Ensure that project timeline commitments are met by maintaining project documentation and providing regular progress reports to the field team and executives.

The pay range for this role is: $105,213.00 - $123,780.00.
The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

- University Degree level or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of working experience in Marketing, Product and Sales (incl. Retail level) including project management, budget oversight. Prior experience in Marketing technology is required. Prior OEM experience preferred.
- A strong understanding of Retail Sales Processes and supporting systems.
- Very good understanding of retail challenges and customer trends
- Strong project management, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel Experience.
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal; able to work with operational and management levels within an organization
