Your Role:

• Join a team of experts in the development of a monolithic SaaS application, guiding it towards scalable greatness.

• Dive deep into Microservices architecture and API development to streamline the application’s functionality.

• Bring your Ruby on Rails expertise to the table and be ready to do some heavy lifting.

• Collaborate with a team of 13, including mobile, full-stack Rails developers, DevOps, QA, and product managers.

• Solve complex problems in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment that thrives on making things work – quickly and effectively.

What You’ll Need:

• Significant expertise in - Ruby on Rails development, Microservices, and API building.

• A degree in Computer Science (BS required).

• Experience in a SaaS environment, particularly with scaling applications.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and AWS cloud services.

• The versatility to work with other languages like Node, React, Java, or Python – we’re looking for polyglots who aren’t afraid to dive into different tech stacks.

• A passion for coming into “hero” situations and thriving in imperfect, high-pressure environments going through growing pains.

• Hands-on experience with React and Node.

• A passion for solving problems quickly, scaling applications, and thinking outside the box.

Compensation and Benefits:
