Sr. Sales Account Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by assessing and addressing needs, devising and implementing action plans
- Oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction while achieving financial objectives
- Contribute to formulating sales strategies aimed at meeting corporate sales goals and advancing company objectives
- Coordinate commercial activities across the organization, collaborating across divisions on engineering changes, quality enhancements, quotations, negotiations, and reporting
- Maintain and enhance internal sales systems and customer interfaces, monitoring changes and providing updates to management
- Foster clear communication and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Resolve commercial issues promptly in cooperation with multiple regions and across various product lines
- Champion optimization efforts through active participation in continuous improvement initiatives
- Thrive in a collaborative environment where adaptability and teamwork are essential for organizational success
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related technical field
- Minimum of eight years of experience in automotive supplier sales or manufacturing environments
- Proven ability in negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in generating and presenting clear, concise reports, including financial analyses
- Proficiency with MS Office Suites (2007 and newer) and web-based applications and technologies
- Consistently meets deadlines and excels in organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills with all levels of staff and management
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
- Experience with Domestic OEM purchasing systems is highly preferred
