Sr. Scrum Master / Sr. Project Manager - Peyton Resource Group

About the Job
Job Duties:
- Monitors progress of multiple sprints and reports to leadership team with Status report
- Develops strong partnerships with product owners, architects and development Leads to transform Business objectives into execution strategy
- Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprint/release progress
- Leads the adherence to Scrum processes (Standups, Release plan, Sprint Planning,
- Reviews and Retros done according to planned schedule)
- Participates in key Agile meetings such as Scrum workshops to share best-in-class practices adopted during his/her tenure
- Mentors Scrum masters as needed, including resolving escalations
Required Experience:
- Product Owner Skills
- Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies, and an understanding of Scrum/Agile at Scale (SAFe)
- Communication / Leadership Skills
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
