• Provide pragmatic guidance on balancing security compliance risks with business needs.
• Play a significant role in enhancing the security and compliance program through audits and process improvements.
• Assess compliance across internal units, supporting remediation of non-compliant areas.
• Influence the adoption of new security controls, standards, and best practices through effective change management.
• Generate insightful reports for teams and management; recommend improvements for security practices and compliance.

• Profound knowledge of PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 standards.
• Strong technical understanding of security compliance requirements and solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to engage various stakeholder groups.

Preferred Experience:

• 7+ years in security and compliance, with exposure to the eCommerce or Payments domain being a plus.
• Familiarity with networking, encryption, authentication, payment and cloud infrastructure, and application security.
