Job Summary:

Client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Marketo team, focusing on designing, developing, and testing key components of our engagement platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability. This role involves improving product performance, participating in architecture discussions, and leading production deployment activities. The successful candidate will be passionate about innovation, growth, and delivering authentic customer experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test key platform components, with an emphasis on automation and continuous integration.

Develop systems prioritizing reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Independently design features/components and conduct effective peer code reviews.

Lead production deployment activities and resolve production environment issues.

Evaluate and incorporate new technologies into the technology stack.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java or other object-oriented programming languages.

Experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate.

Strong understanding of Docker or other container orchestration systems.

Industry Experience:

5+ years of experience working with SaaS platforms technologies.

Experience in planning and implementing architectures for new services or components
