The leader is responsible for leading their team of Solutions Consultants (SCs), coaching on opportunities, recruiting and developing team members, as well as working key deals. Overall DescriptionAs the Solutions Consulting] Lead you will be the primary contact for the Solutions Consultants on your team and directly aligned with your team’s success. You will be responsible for managing all business aspects of divisional GTM as an SC leader, sales, presales, professional services, partners, etc.
You will own the training, development and growth of your teammates
You regularly observe your team in the field and provide routine feedback
You will ensure your team is trained on industry specific use cases and product enhancement as the platform continually evolves. Additionally, you will work closely with the Directors of Sales and assigned Sales Reps to best position Sprinklr’s solutions by developing solution narratives, CX workshops, and compelling presentations that illustrate Sprinklr’s business value to customers at all levels
You will serve as the executive sponsor on strategic customer engagements
You understand how Sprinklr can fit into a customer’s technology stack and the common use cases we can support across systems.Main Responsibilities: Lead SC business execution and be a strategic partner to all other functions in strategy, GTM and product teams.Lead, coach and grow a team of Solutions ConsultantsRecruit and retain top Solution Consultant talent in Marketing, Advertising, Social, Insights, API Integration, and AI.Train and support the SC team in delivering our value propositions, product demonstrations and RFPsActs as a key member of account teams with sales and other internal stakeholders for our enterprise and mid-market customersAttends client meetings to conduct in depth discovery on the customer’s current and future states and positive business outcomesCreates compelling presentations and collateral that demonstrate our solutions and the value proposition they provide against a customer’s required capabilitiesDelivers presentations both virtually and in personWorks with customers to educate them on the business value Sprinklr can provideAssists Sales in the response to RFXsKeeps up with an aggressive training schedule and maintain up to date Sprinklr product certificationsDesired Skills and Experience: 8+ years of presales management experience.5+ years of enterprise-scale experience in presales or solutions consultingExperience in a customer facing role in enterprise software company .Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices.Extensive experience in complex system design and integrationIn-depth knowledge of enterprise marketing strategies and best practicesExcellent written, communication, and presentation skills.Well versed in data architecture, API design and AI LLM ModelsStrength in enterprise architecture, human centric design, persona based outcomesWhy You'll Love Sprinklr: We're committed to creating a culture where you feel like you belong, are happier today than you were yesterday, and your contributions matter
