JOB TITLE: Sr. Sourcing Partner
LOCATION: 3 days/week onsite in San Jose, CA, San Francisco, CA, or Austin, TX
PAY RANGE: $50-60/hour
DURATION: 10 months
TOP 3 SKILLS:

• 4-6 years of research and Sourcing experience in recruiting on experienced + roles: preferably within a fast-paced technology/ digital company or with search firm experience.
• Well networked in Product and/or Engineering: has an established well-nurtured network of product and engineering leaders, with established relationships and engagement as well as deep industry connections.
• Adept at connecting with executives: Recognize their needs and motivations, influencing them through data-driven insights and strong executive level communication.

Our client a Fortune 500 Software Organization is seeking a Sr. Sourcing Partner to bring onto the team.

• Drive search strategy & research execution: Craft innovative strategies for high profile searches, use data, business trends, and your market mastery.
• Be a trusted advisor: Collaborate with key partners throughout the hiring lifecycle, providing impactful insights and influencing leaders with your expertise.

What you need to succeed:
